Had a blast this weekend @gottarunracing Rainbow Trail Run volunteering and pit crewing a friend in the 60km race.
After doing traffic control at the road crossing for racers it was on to the pit crew duties. Bolton’s Sophia came in first for women in the 60km race. (I’m sure my pit crewing was a big factor 😜)
Also had the pleasure meeting Maria owner of @fitgalstraining and future ultra runner. 😉
