Riccardo’s Canadian Trail to Western States started in 2014 with Pinhoti 100. Along the way, Riccardo ran UTMB and The Canyons 100k 3 times to gain insight on the WS100 course. His final qualifier was the Javelina 100 in 2019 which led him to finally earn his ticket in the Lottery.
Now like the rest of the international runners, he awaits that day when he can finally toe the line at WS100.
